Can flowers be placed inside the room before we arrive?
It depends on the hotel. Many luxury hotels place deliveries in the room via concierge for registered guests; others hand them over at the front desk. We confirm the exact procedure with your hotel before the day.
What if my partner is with me at check-in?
Tell us your plan — we'll arrange a concierge hold, a timed knock at the door, or a staff handoff so your partner never sees the flowers early.
How do I pay from abroad?
Submit the English order form (no payment required). We reply by email with the final quote and internationally usable payment options before anything is made.
